Kidnapped Anambra lawmaker beheaded

An individual from the Anambra State House of Assembly addressing Aguata II, Okechukwu Okoye has been executed.

Okoye’s cut off head was tracked down on Saturday at Nnobi in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

The departed legislator, who addressed the electorate of the State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo in the State House of Assembly, was abducted the week before.

Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, Tochukwu Ikenga affirmed the revelation of Okoye’s head.

Ikenga said the official’s body was not found where his head was found.

“His head was found along Nnobi street on Saturday. There is no suspect in guardianship yet,” the PPRO said.

Okoye and another individual were grabbed at Aguata.

Following his snatching, the police started a manhunt to save the administrator.
